jita33 Terms & Conditions

2.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on jita33, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated system).
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of any such person, of jita33 or its affiliated entities.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jita33 platform.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jita33 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or technical faults in any game or system for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymising service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any fraudulent financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or assisting another person in circumventing account restrictions.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward jita33 staff or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software.

4.2 Deposit Policy

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Deposits are credited to your jita33 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. jita33 is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times. All deposited funds are used solely for gaming activity on the Platform.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

jita33 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are governed by these general Terms and any additional specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.

Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limit, and minimum odds (for sports bets) will be specified in each promotion's individual terms. Any attempt to withdraw bonus funds before completing the required wagering will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on jita33 cover cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All bets are accepted subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market. jita33 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle bets differently where a market is subject to a technical error, obvious pricing error, or where the integrity of an event is in question. Decisions on disputed bets made by jita33 are final.

All content on the jita33 platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of jita33 or its licensed providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without the express prior written consent of jita33. Unauthorised use of jita33's intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute an infringement of applicable intellectual property laws.

9.2 Exclusion of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jita33 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: losses arising from technical errors or system malfunctions; losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure; losses of any anticipated winnings or profits; and any losses arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by jita33's negligence.

11.2 Complaints Procedure

If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of jita33's services, please contact our support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] (plain text — this address is not a clickable link). Please include your registered username, a clear description of the complaint, and any relevant supporting information. jita33 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a resolution within 7 working days. All decisions issued by jita33's complaints team following a full review are final.

12.3 Waiver

jita33's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. Any waiver of a breach of these Terms must be in writing and signed by an authorised representative of jita33 to be effective.
